Fair tourism in Morocco

Our community impact

Through ImpactBridge MENA, 80% of every community experience goes straight to the cooperative.

Our Social Impact

Our community impact

Our impact now runs through ImpactBridge MENA

Tour Morocco has always believed that travel should leave value where it happens. That belief became ImpactBridge MENA: a fair-tourism platform incubated by Tour Morocco, the inbound division of Beautiful Morocco Voyages (licensed Destination Management Company, Ministry of Tourism licence ODV-13964, since 2013).

ImpactBridge connects rural Moroccan cooperatives directly with international travel agencies and schools, so the women’s co-ops, farmers and artisans you meet on our tours are paid fairly, directly and visibly.

The rural exclusion challenge

The economic invisibility gap

Over 2,000 rural cooperatives in Morocco produce world-class craft and agritourism experiences, yet they stay hidden from international travel buyers.

95%Digital isolation

Most cooperatives have no digital footprint or international access.

<20¢Extractive margins

What usually reaches the community per traveller dollar spent on their craft.

$333BThe missed demand

A global sustainable-travel market actively looking for verified, authentic community experiences.

How it works

No app, no paperwork, no middleman

  1. 1

    WhatsApp onboarding

Cooperatives send voice notes, photos and descriptions in Darija, Amazigh or French. If they can send a WhatsApp audio note, they are onboarded.

  2. 2

    Verified profiles

The platform turns those messages into a clear, multilingual profile that our team reviews and verifies before it goes live.

  3. 3

    Bookable experiences

Agencies and schools build custom itineraries around verified cooperatives, with prices and availability set by the communities themselves.

Fair by design

Not a marketing promise. Built into every booking.

80% of every community experience booking goes to the cooperative, paid directly into its own bank account. Cooperatives decide their prices and what they offer, and their rates are never renegotiated downward.

Climate action

Beyond social impact

Slow, community-based travel should also be measured. Through a partnership with Greentripper, a B Corp-certified climate consultancy, every custom itinerary calculates the carbon footprint of its transport, lodging and activities, and travellers can support certified climate projects at checkout.

Case study: Allendale Columbia School

In June 2026 ImpactBridge hosted its first US educational partner, Allendale Columbia School (Rochester, New York). Over a 10-day field programme run with Tour Morocco, the whole booking and community travel flow was validated end to end.
